If it has been more than one year since and you are a student or former student of  Creekview High School, Newman Smith High School, Ranchview High School, or R.L. Turner High School, you may request a copy of your High School Transcript by downloading and completing and following form. Student Transcript Request.
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To order Transcripts
(Only if you have been out of High School over a year)

Cost:  $5.00 per transcript

Accept: Cash, Money Orders, or Checks. Make checks out to CFBISD

The Student Transcript Request, along with a copy of your Drivers License or a Photo ID, may be mailed to the following address:

Faxes or email will not be accepted. For all requests, please allow a turn-around time of 2-3 days.
